Finally, my 89 Dodge Turbo Caravan/minivan runs 12.82@105mph.

After years of trying to do the deed, it finally came together, 12.82@105 mph.

89 Caravan, 2.5 16 valve TIII DOHC engine, 50 trim turbo, 3spd auto, full weight of 3540 lbs with me in it, a/c, cruise, full interior.

Some more tuning and I should be able to hit mid 11's or faster.

August 7th, MRP. 1989 Turbo Dodge Caravan vs new Nissan R35 GTR, runs a 12.9@103 mph.

89 Dodge Caravan, 2.5 TIII DOHC turbo, GT35R turbo, no tuning, auto, full load, 3600lbs, trying to back up my 12.8 run, get gridded with a GTR, we are neck and neck, me at 33 psi of boost, he said he was at 19 psi.

My turbo started surging almost right away, boost dropped to 25 then back to 30-still surging. He said his dropped to 8 then came back too. I ran a 12.9@103 to his 11.7@118. His mods were a chip and exhaust.
